Philipp Isert is a Senior Associate in our REIG practice group. He advises clients on construction law throughout the entire life cycle of complex national and international commercial and industrial project developments - from the drafting of the contract and support during the negotiations to the out-of-court and judicial resolution of construction disputes. He also advises on construction law issues in real estate transactions as well as on M&A transactions involving construction businesses.
