Madlen Kotte is an associated partner based in our Frankfurt office and a member of the Litigation, Arbitration & ADR practice group. Apart from her extensive experience of representing clients in legal disputes, Madlen possesses in-depth knowledge in the fields of banking, corporate and insolvency law which she puts to use in her litigation work. Her clients include financial institutions, automobile manufacturers and other industrial companies, investors, creditors and hotel operators.
