Raphael C. Lischka advises banks on an ongoing basis regarding the assertion of as well as the defence against civil law claims. Besides providing out-of-court advice, his work focuses on the representation of clients in court proceedings both from a plaintiff´s and a defendant´s perspective (e.g. payment actions, actions to oppose enforcement and injunction proceedings), as well as the execution of compulsory enforcement measures. He is particularly concerned with advising banks on swap transactions.
