  • Managing and advising on multiple of projects during implementation of the GDPR

  • Advising an electronic communications network company on personal data protection issues related to an innovative use of HbbTV technology
  • Leading a comprehensive GDPR implementation project, including mapping personal data processing, gap and impact analyses and implementing specific legal measures for the biggest car leasing company in the Czech Republic
  • Leading a GDPR audit of personal data protection in a software company with an extensive business network in the EU and worldwide
  • Advising a leading international manufacturer during an internal audit of contracts, payments and compliance with internal codes of ethics as a part of an ongoing voluntary FCPA investigation resolving the civil and criminal liability of employees
  • Advising several pharmaceuticals companies on data protection issues
  • Advising a technology company on privacy aspects of innovative methods using geolocation techniques (feasibility study)
