Wolfgang Schelling

Wolfgang Schelling is the head of the employment department in Munich and a member of the Employment & Pensions and IT, Outsourcing and Data Privacy practice groups at Noerr. He provides listed, family-owned and medium-sized companies as well as boards and board members with wide-ranging advice on complex issues involving employment law and management employment contracts. His main practice areas include company restructuring, negotiating and drafting (company) collective agreements and social plans, outsourcing, data protection, non-compete agreements and management employment contracts.
