Hans-Christoph Schimmelpfennig

Dr Hans-Christoph Schimmelpfennig is a partner emeritus in Noerr's Munich office. He has extensive experience in advising on employment law in the restructuring of industrial, commercial and aviation companies and in advising executives. As co-author of the "Stichwortkommentar Arbeitsrecht" (NOMOS), he was responsible for the keywords operational change, reconciliation of interests, social compensation plan, compensation for disadvantage and transfer company.
