Dr. Eckhart Schleifenbaum is specialized in venture capital and private equity transactions as well as national and international M&A transactions. Dr. Eckhart Schleifenbaum has provided corporate law advice on numerous private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, led accompanying due diligence processes and adviced in many venture capital transactions and financing rounds. Dr. Eckhart Schleifenbaum advised in numerous VC-transactions and VC financing rounds, acting for target companies or for investors. Dr. Eckhart Schleifenbaum has provided German and foreign companies as well as credit institutions and borrowers with comprehensive advice in the area of debt financing, project financing and acquisition financing as well as in all related legal aspects. He has many years of experience in the area of structured finance, including the financing of intangible assets and has provided extensive legal advice in the area of film financing and film production.
