Angelika Schmid is a member of Noerr's Employment & Pensions and Tax & Private Clients practice groups as well as of the team of experts for the deployment of external staff. She heads the Global Mobility team of expertise, which covers all aspects of cross-border employee deployment. She has extensive specialised knowledge, direct contacts with the authorities and up-to-date experience in the practical handling of international staff assignments. She also deals with compliance issues relating to social security and illegal employment. She works with law firms and payroll providers worldwide, gives lectures and publishes manuals and articles on these topics.
