Katja Steinthaler

Katja advises foreign and domestic clients on intellectual property (IP) matters. Katja has a focus on IP-driven transactions, and providing strategic advice on the transfer and restructuring of IP portfolios, know-how protection and collateral on IP rights. Moreover, Katja has extensive experience in negotiating and enforcing license agreements and other IP-related commercial agreements such as merchandising and sponsorship agreements. Katja´s expertise includes questions regarding unfair competition, trade mark, domain and copyright law and she regularly represents clients before German courts.
