With the in depth experience of more than 100 cross border M&A transactions Thomas Schulz advises strategic and financial investors particularly in the media, industrial and chemical areas and financial services. He specialises in reorganisations of undertakings and joint ventures. Thomas also advises on corporate governance matters involving enterprises and benefits from his longstanding service as a member of supervisory boards. From 2014 to 2022 Thomas Schulz was managing partner of the London office of NOERR.
