Sebastian Seier advises companies, shareholders, and board members on all matters relating to corporate and group law as well as corporate governance. One focus of his practice is advising family businesses, owner families, family offices, and private clients—in particular on owner-related strategic issues concerning organizational changes in national and cross-border reorganizations, including the structuring of generational changes and corporate succession, joint ventures, and investment and divestment processes. In addition, he regularly acts in connection with shareholder conflicts and handles both out-of-court dispute resolution and representation before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
