Florian Sippel is Associated Partner in Noerr’s Private Equity practice group and focuses on advising German and international financial sponsors on M&A transactions and public takeovers. He supports his clients throughout the entire investment cycle, from acquisition through the portfolio phase to exit. The focus of his advisory work is on transactions in the areas of technology, software and e-commerce.
