Capital Markets
Juri Stremel is a senior associate and member of the Capital Markets Practice Group in our Hamburg office. He regularly advises on corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and capital market transactions in the ECM area. The main focus of his practice is advising financial institutions on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law, with an emphasis on the interface with financial regulatory law – in particular corporate governance, as well as the duties and liability of executives and supervisory board members.
