Paul Alexander Tophof
Rechtsanwalt (Lawyer), Senior Associate
Dr Paul Alexander Tophof is a Senior Associate in our Berlin office and a member of Noerr's Employment & Pensions practice group and M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law. One focus of his advice is in particular on the (strategic) reorganisation and restructuring of companies, including the support of related negotiations with works councils and trade unions. He also specialises in advising on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions and in the area of company pension schemes. Dr Tophof regularly publishes on labour law topics and is visiting lecturer for employment law at Ruhr University Bochum.
