Sebastian Voigt advises on the structuring and establishment of private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure funds, as well as on complex limited partner (LP) investments and secondaries. His advisory services cover the full spectrum of German and European investment law, including regulatory matters. He is responible for the corporate law aspects within our Investment Funds & Asset Management practice, combining fund law expertise with corporate structuring. In addition, he has extensive experience in the design and implementation of management participation programs and carry schemes for GPs, asset managers, and fund companies.
