Nicole Wistop is a counsel and auditor based in our Munich office and a long-standing member of Noerr’s Tax practice group. She specialises in preparing and auditing annual and consolidated financial statements under German GAAP and IFRS and providing assistance during corporate transactions (financial due diligence, valuations and structuring). Apart from offering ongoing business and tax advice, she provides expert assistance on specific accounting issues and internal control systems. Nicole also lectures on international accounting at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Villingen-Schwenningen.
