His expertise in this area covers all aspects of the negotiation, drafting and implementation of tailor-made real estate purchasing and use agreements as well as relevant construction, architects’ and project management agreements. Markus also has in-depth expertise in matters requiring knowlegde of both real estate and insolvency law.
