Dr Jennifer Bryant at the International Arbitration Symposium in Salzburg 2014

Dr Jennifer Bryant, a member of the Arbitration and Corporate Litigation practice groups, was invited to speak at the 2014 International Arbitration Symposium in Salzburg on 22 May. In her presentation, she explained the legal basis, scope and consequences of e-discovery procedures in international arbitration proceedings. In the subsequent question and answer session with the other panel members, Dr Bryant answered questions on all aspects of the taking of evidence in arbitration proceedings. The three-day conference which is organized by the Center for International Legal Studies (CILS) was attended by over 80 experts from over 20 countries. The symposium is held biennially.
