Capital markets law expansion

Noerr continues to expand its capacity in corporate and capital markets law. Dr. Julian Schulze De la Cruz, an acknowledged capital markets law expert joins Noerr’s Frankfurt office on 1 January 2016. Julian Schulze De la Cruz previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Weil, Gotshal & Manges and joins Noerr as an Associated Partner.

Aged 38, Julian Schulze De la Cruz advises companies and financial services providers on capital markets transactions such as IPOs, rights issues and secondary placing as well as bond issues. Julian Schulze De la Cruz also advises regularly on questions of general corporate law, securities and M&A transactions. He was among the advisors on Zalando’s IPO in 2014. He previously advised the financing banks on the IPOs of the real estate group Vonovia and the forklift manufacturer, the KION Group. In Frankfurt, he will work especially with Dr. Holger Alfes, Dr. Stephan Schulz and Dr. Laurenz Wieneke.
