Julian Schulze De la Cruz

Julian Schulze De la Cruz is a partner in our Frankfurt office and co-head of our Capital Markets Practice Group. His practice focuses on capital markets transactions (both ECM and DCM), Public & Private M&A transactions as well as the ongoing corporate law advice to listed companies. He regularly publishes on corporate and securities law topics.
