Compliance expert Stefanie Bischof to join Noerr

Compliance expert Stefanie Bischof is joining Noerr as a new associated partner on 1 February, strengthening the firm’s Compliance & Internal Investigations practice at the Frankfurt office.

Stefanie Bischof advises on large-scale internal investigations and regulatory investigations in companies and on compliance-related issues in the areas of corporate, capital markets and financial regulatory. She is joining Noerr from DLA Piper and previously worked at Hengeler Mueller, including in the team of Sven H. Schneider.

“Given her profile, Stefanie Bischof is a perfect fit for our Frankfurt team,” says Torsten Fett, who heads up Noerr’s Compliance & Internal Investigations practice together with Sophia Habbe. “For many years, we have successfully focused on closely interlinking forensic work and strategic advice to executive bodies and their members.”

One focus of Stefanie Bischof’s work at Noerr will be assisting in national and international internal investigations and subsequently advising management and supervisory boards. “With Stefanie Bischof, we are strengthening our high-end business,” Sophia Habbe emphasises. The new associated partner will work together with Torsten Fett and Sophia Habbe and in particular also with Frankfurt partner and financial supervisory expert Jens H. Kunz.
