Noerr advises CIEE on sale of Campus Gneisenaustraße in Berlin

A Noerr team headed by Enno Stange and Clemens Schönemann has advised CCIE, Inc. (Council on International Educational Exchange) on the sale of „Campus Gneisenaustraße“ in Berlin (sale-and-leaseback).

The site will continue to be used by CIEE as an international student campus in future. The Campus has around 6,300 square metres of lettable space.

The purchaser is the open-ended real estate special fund BERENBERG Real Estate Berlin. The fund was established together with Universal-Investment as a capital management company.
