Noerr advises Hertha BSC on €150m investment by Tennor

With a team headed by its partners Christian Pleister and Laurenz Tholen Noerr has advised its long-standing client Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA on a further €150m investment in the Bundesliga club’s share capital by global investment firm Tennor Holding B.V..

Tennor already invested €224m last year in return for a 49.9% stake in Hertha BSC. This new investment increases its stake to 66.6%.

In the present matter Noerr advised Hertha BSC on structuring the transaction and assisted in the negotiations with Tennor and with Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL).
