Prof. Dr. Christian Pleister is a partner in the Berlin office of Noerr and Head of the Corporate department. He is a leading expert for complex M&A transactions, private equity investments and restructuring. He regularly advises national and international key clients on cross-border transactions, especially in the fields of technology, media, telecommunications, financial services and energy.
