Noerr strengthens private equity practice in Frankfurt with Florian Sippel

Noerr is continuing to strengthen its Private Equity practice: Florian Sippel (36) has joined Noerr as an associated partner as of 1 January. He previously worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt.

Florian Sippel mainly specialises in advising national and international private equity investors, providing them with legal support for their investments and divestments.

Florian Sippel studied law at Bucerius Law School (Hamburg) and the University of Singapore and has worked as a lawyer in Frankfurt since 2014.
