Noerr advises Union Investment and IMAXXAM on acquisition of office complex in Bremen

Noerr has advised Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH and IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH on the acquisition of the building complex Unicom 2 in Bremen.

The acquisition was in the form of an asset deal for the special fund “German Small Asset Invest II”. The property, constructed in the Bremen Technology Park in 2003, consists of two buildings with office space of around 10,800 m² and 143 underground parking spaces.
