Tom Billing

Tom Billing is a partner based in Noerr’s Berlin office and a member of our Digital Business and Banking & Finance practice groups. Tom specialises in commercial banking, E-commerce and distribution law. He focuses on advising companies from the banking industry on all aspects of commercial banking, especially drafting standard contract terms for account management, payment transactions and lending. Another of his key practice areas is assisting in the contractual implementation of distribution systems (commercial agency, franchise and dealership systems) and E-commerce platforms, especially for fintechs. Tom also advises and represents his clients in legal proceedings involving commercial banking and distribution law.
