Dr Natalie K. Daghles advises DAX40 public companies, private companies, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including: Public Takeovers, Joint Ventures, Carve-outs, Corporate Restructurings, Distressed M&A, Venture Capital Investments, Corporate Governance.
