Natalie Daghles advises companies and financial investors on M&A transactions (including public takeovers), especially those with a cross-border dimension. Natalie is co-head of our M&A practice group. Over the last few years, she has assisted in a large number of transactions in the financial services and life sciences/healthcare sectors. Sie has advised clients such as Amneal, Cerner, Continental, E.ON, Ferrari, Henkel, Hyundai Motor Company, KPS, Miele, Playtika, Summit Partners, Tengelmann and UniCredit on major transactions.

  • Cerner Corporation on its acquisition of the IT healthcare business from Siemens and the divestiture of a part to CompuGroup 
  • Hyundai Motor Company in a public tender offer and private acquisition of a majority stake (jointly with Santander) in Sixt Leasing from Sixt SE

  • E.ON on various transactions including a cross-border asset swap transaction with Statkraft and on the divestiture of its Hungarian gas storage and trading activities
  • IPIC, an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, on the acquisition of Ferrostaal, and subsequent compliance investigations 
  • ICG on its sale of assets from insolvent DLW Flooring by Gerflor, an ICG portfolio company 
  • German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy on the sale of Adam Opel 
  • UniCredit on the divestiture of its stake in investment management firm SwanCap
