Noerr advises Dentressangle portfolio company EDL on acquisition of Mesalvo’s radiology IT healthcare business

A Noerr team led by Natalie Daghles and Hannah Besting has advised EDL, the leading provider of radiology information systems (“RIS”) in France, on the acquisition of Mesalvo Mannheim RIS GmbH and of the RIS business of the German healthcare IT provider Mesalvo. In this context, EDL will acquire Mesalvo’s specialized radiology platform RadCentre, thereby further solidifying its long-term commitment in Germany.

EDL is a portfolio company of the investor Dentressangle and, with its Xplore platform, serves over 65% of hospitals in France as well as a essential part of the outpatient sector.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.
