Benedikt Lutz is a member of Noerr's Automotive & New Mobility practice group. He primarily advises on distribution law and distribution antitrust law. This includes advising on distribution systems (e.g., selective distribution systems or agency systems) and ensuring compliance with antitrust regulations (e.g., the rules on information exchange). A key focus of his advisory work is in the automotive sector, where he advises vehicle manufacturers and importers. In addition, he is heavily involved in consulting on data access claims, particularly related to vehicle data. In this regard, he has successfully represented several vehicle manufacturers before the European Court of Justice.
