Robert Matthes

Robert Matthes is a recognized specialist for administrative law issues. His practice areas include planning law, environmental law (in particular pollution control, soil protection and water law), subsidies law (e.g. aid for the promotion of regional economic structures), public commercial law and municipal law (local government law disputes). He advises, for example, investors on the establishment of industrial locations and negotiates urban development and other public law contracts.
