Julia Meggyes

Julia Meggyes specialises in product regulatory law and product liability. She advises companies from a wide range of industries on product compliance requirements for the German and European markets and represents clients both in and out of court in contractual, liability and administrative disputes, as well as in proceedings before regulatory authorities. Her practice particularly includes advising on national and cross-border market measures, including the necessary communication with authorities, and providing legal support in relation to product risk assessments. She also advises on the drafting and negotiation of contracts with product-law implications and assists with M&A transactions from a product regulatory perspective.
