Patrick Mückl is a lawyer and certified specialist in employment law based in our Düsseldorf office. He advises national and international companies on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law. Patrick has special expertise in the reorganisation and restructuring of companies. Besides providing day-to-day advice on current employment law issues, his work also focuses on (strategic) outsourcing, reorganisation and restructuring projects and providing assistance and support during the associated negotiations with trade unions and employee representatives (works councils and staff councils) on collective bargaining agreements, transition agreements as well as reconciliations of interest and social compensation plans. Patrick is a sought-after speaker and the author of numerous publications on current employment law issues.
