Dr. Patrick Mückl is a German attorney and certified specialist in labor and employment law. Based in Düsseldorf, he advises domestic and multinational companies and investors on M&A transactions, carve-outs, and complex corporate reorganizations and restructurings. His practice is particularly focused on (strategic) acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and workforce restructuring measures, as well as the negotiation and implementation of the associated labor relations and employee participation matters, including dealings with trade unions and works councils.
