Joachim Rung advises national and international companies as well as state actors on public law issues in the areas of environment, transport, construction and planning. He focuses on issues of plant and product-related environmental law, waste management law, circular economy law and transport law. Another focus of his work is advising on construction and planning law in the context of project developments.
