We are delighted to invite you to the Legal Summit Defence & Security 2026.

The defence and security industries are becoming increasingly international and interconnected. Established technology companies and innovative start-ups are collaborating in new ways – through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships – while at the same time competing intensely for contracts from military authorities and civilian suppliers. At the same time, geopolitical tensions and a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape are driving a growing need for cross-border legal expertise and dialogue.

In response to these developments, this year’s Summit will place a strong emphasis on international perspectives, bringing together legal experts from across Europe and beyond to exchange views on key cross-border challenges.

The Summit will be opened and moderated by Thomas Klindt, partner at Noerr and head of Defence & Security. Throughout the day, you can expect a combination of specialist presentations, interactive workshops and a keynote, including:
