New features and improvements: Contractor Compliance Check Version 4

We are pleased to present the latest version of our Contractor Compliance Check. In this update, we have implemented a variety of improvements and new features to optimise your experience with the Contractor Compliance Check and meet your requirements even better.

Our Contractor Compliance Check software is a web-based application which makes sure you stay legally compliant when deploying external contractors and minimises the liability risks to your management in particular. The application offers an up-to-date, digital and automated review of the legal framework, speeds up commissioning processes and reduces the workload on your HR, Compliance and Purchasing departments.

Revised assessment dialogue – We have simplified many parts of the assessment dialogue, formulated questions even clearer, added explanatory text and changed the weighting of questions.

Focus on commercial activities – The Contractor Compliance Check now also distinguishes between non-commercial and commercial job groups (such as gardeners, cleaning services, security/guard services, construction/construction-related work and trades, and caretaker/janitor services). The assessment dialogue is therefore even more closely tailored to your specific requirements when you commission commercial activities, and the results are an even better fit.

Individually tailored to customers – The assessment dialogue will now also include your company name, the questions thus establish a direct link to the company and are therefore even easier for users to understand.

Spotlight – Our users will have exclusive access to Spotlight via the case management platform. Spotlight is published quarterly and examines the latest developments in the field of contracting. This makes the CCC a one-stop shop for contractor compliance in companies.
