Meike von Levetzow at the 1st Global Conference of the Co-Chairs' Circle 2014 in Berlin

Meike von Levetzow, member of the practice groups Arbitration and Transnational Litigation, International Trade and Energy, was invited on 19 September 2014 as moderator to the 1st Global Conference of the Co-Chairs' Circle in Berlin with the topic "Cultural Differences in International Arbitration". In her discussion round she explained and discussed under the topic "Emergency Arbitrators: do they offer any added value?" the meaning of Emergency Arbitrators as an alternative to applying for interim orders of state courts and the arbitral tribunal. More than 150 participants from over 20 countries attended the two-day conference. The conference is organized biannually. In 2016 it will take place in Helsinki.
