Noerr advises VITRONIC shareholders on sale to PPF portfolio company ITIS

A Noerr team led by Thorsten Reinhard has advised the VITRONIC shareholders on VITRONIC’s sale to a company of ITIS Holding, a portfolio entity of the Czech investment group PPF.

The family-run VITRONIC Group, which has over 1,400 employees in more than 80 countries, is a leading global provider of industrial image processing solutions in traffic control, toll systems and industrial automation. The buyer is ITIS Holding, a long-standing market leader in the operation of toll systems. The PPF Group which is behind ITIS Holding currently holds company stakes worth €43.5 billion in total.

Closing of the transaction is subject to clearance by the antitrust authorities in Germany and other countries.
