Noerr advises Deka on its first lease with serviced apartment provider Limehome

A Noerr team led by Tim Behrens has assisted Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH in concluding its first lease with Limehome, the leading European provider of serviced apartments. The tenant will in future use approximately 4,000 square metres of former office space in the “Metropolis Haus” building in Hamburg for long-term serviced apartments.

Converting the office space into serviced apartments will result in a total of 90 apartments being available at Metropolis Haus for business and private travellers from 2026 onwards. Metropolis Haus, located in central Hamburg between the city’s “Gänsemarkt” public square and its State Opera, has been part of the open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa since 2011.
