Noerr advises Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale - on three acquisition financings by Vidia Equity

A team from Noerr under the joint lead of Nikolai Warneke and Martina Buller has advised the regional bank Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale (NordLB) on three acquisition financings recently completed by private equity fund Vidia Equity.

The transactions consist of three strategic investments in future-oriented fields. The most recently completed financing related to energy-efficient renovation of roofs: the Munich-based company Tectus Flachdachabdichtungen GmbH became part of the platform dach energiezukunft GmbH, which is supported by Vidia. The acquisition will strengthen the platform, which specialises in sustainable roof renovation, and make a key contribution to decarbonisation of commercial real estate.
