Noerr advises Gold Tree Group on long-term lease renewal – Campus Tulpenfeld secures strategic role for Federal Network Agency

26.08.2025

A Noerr team led by Annette Pospich has advised the Gold Tree Group on a long-term lease renewal with the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) for the Tulpenfeld Campus in Bonn. The agreement covers nine building sections totaling 45,500 square meters of rental space, which will continue to be used by the Federal Network Agency.

This longterm renewal sends a strong signal for the city of Bonn and the Federal Network Agency, securing the long-term presence of a key federal institution in the region and highlights both the strong location quality and the strategic relevance of the Tulpenfeld Campus, which has been part of the Gold Tree Groups’ portfolio since 2014. In parallel to the prolongation, Gold Tree is currently comprehensively upgrading the campus. Over the next three years, a mid-double-digit million-euro investment will be made to improve the property energetically and to strategically position the property for the future.

Gold Tree primarily invests in office, retail and mixed-use properties in Germany and Switzerland. The international investment company regularly relies on legal advice from Noerr and teams led by Annette Pospich, head of the firm's Real Estate Investment Group, mostly recently on the acquisition of the Atlantic Haus in Hamburg, on the acquisitions of the “Atricom” office building in Frankfurt and the acquisition of the “Oval Office” in Hamburg.
