Noerr advises LINDAL Group on strategic investment in manufacturing facility

Noerr, with a team led by Tim Behrens, has advised the LINDAL Group on the acquisition of a new manufacturing facility in Wismar.

The LINDAL Group, based in Hamburg, is a global leader in the development, manufacture, and distribution of valves, actuators, and spray caps for aerosol products. Lindal Group regards the acquisition of the Wismar facility – which is equipped for high-quality polymer processing and includes 9,000 sqm of production space, 10,500 sqm of warehousing space and 2,500 sqm of office space – as a strategic investment to strengthen its European presence and support long-term growth.
