International survey: Noerr partner Tibor Fedke recognized as winner of 2015 Client Choice Awards for M&A

The International Law Office (ILO) has recognised the Berlin Noerr partner Dr Tibor Fedke with this year’s Client Choice Award in the category “M&A Germany”. The Client Choice Awards are amongst the most internationally prestigious law firm awards.

Tibor Fedke specialises in international M&A transactions and corporate structuring in regulated sectors – in particular in the energy sector or in relation to infrastructure projects. He has, for example, advised Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on one of the world’s largest power station joint ventures with Hitachi. Other clients he has advised include the world’s largest network operator State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), Swisspower Renewables, Macquarie and EdF.

This year’s winners of the Client Choice Awards were selected from 2,500 nominations. Every year, ILO interviews legal department heads in over fifty jurisdictions who are selected according to statistical criteria without law firms being consulted. This survey forms the basis for the nominations and additional client surveys.
