Noerr advises ActivumSG on takeover of WI-IMMOGroup

Noerr has once against advised the real estate investor ActivumSG, which invests throughout Europe, on an M&A transaction on the German market. ActivumSG Fund III, which is managed by Activum SG Capital Management, invests in the fast-growing market for senior housing and is taking over a 94 per cent interest in WI-IMMOGroup, which is based in Hildesheim.

With an annual turnover of 90 million euros, WI-IMMOGroup is the largest and fastest-growing independent senior housing developer in Germany. The owner-managed company currently has 22 projects either in planning or under construction and also purchases project developments and existing real estate properties.

Activum SG was advised by a team led by Berlin partner Felix Blobel, which had already advised Activum in 2015 on the takeover of the Leipzig-based residential housing project developer GRK and in 2014 together with Düsseldorf Noerr partner Prof. Alexander Goepfert on the takeover of the Hochtief subsidiary formart.
