Noerr advises Art-Invest Real Estate on purchase of SZ Tower
Noerr has advised Art-Invest Real Estate on a significant transaction on the Munich real estate market. By purchasing the SZ Tower, Art-Invest is acquiring one of the few landmark buildings in the Bavarian state capital. The property is being sold by an investor consortium made up of AXA Real Estate Managers and Norges Bank Real Estate.
The 103-meter-high SZ Tower has more than 62,200 square meters of rental space on 28 floors, which are being let long-term to the publishing house Süddeutscher Verlag.
