Noerr advises Commerz Real on sale of office complex in Dusseldorf

With a team led by our partner Annette Pospich, our firm has advised Commerz Real on the sale of the office building “Wings” in Dusseldorf to Advenis Germany.

Commerz Real sold the office complex to Advenis from its closed-end real estate fund CFB 173.

Built in 2009, the seven-story, fully let property comprising 31,600 m² of lettable space is being contributed as an office property to the French open-ended real estate fund Eurovalys. “Wings” is the former headquarters of mobile phone provider E-Plus. The current tenants are Telefónica Deutschland and lift manufacturer TK Elevator.
