Noerr advises Deutsche Telekom AG on sale of online platform t-online.de

Deutsche Telekom AG has entered into an agreement on the sale of the online platform t-online.de and the digital marketer InteractiveMedia CCSP to Ströer SE. The transaction is to be carried out by way of a capital increase of Ströer against in-kind contributions of the two entities.

In this transaction Deutsche Telekom AG has relied on the advice of Noerr, Gleiss Lutz and Hogan Lovells. While Noerr was responsible for IT/multimedia and internet law, Hogan Lovells took care of IP/trademark law including related antitrust law issues, and Gleiss Lutz of corporate/M&A, employment and tax.
