Noerr advises DPE Deutsche Private Equity and Air Alliance Group on the merger of Air Alliance Group with Jetcall

Under the leadership of its Munich-based partner Georg Schneider, Noerr has advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity and Air Alliance Group on the merger of Air Alliance Group with Jetcall Group.

Jetcall is an aviation company specialising in patient transport operating a fleet of internationally deployed ambulance aircraft, primarily from Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. Air Alliance Group is one of the leading providers of ambulance flights with locations at Siegerland Airport in southern North Rhine-Westphalia, Cologne, Vienna and Birmingham. It is also a certified dealer for renowned aircraft manufacturers and offers maintenance and repair services for private and business aircraft.

Noerr already advised private equity funds advised by DPE Deutsche Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Air Alliance Group.
