The closing of the transaction is subject to conditions precedent and is currently expected to occur within the next few weeks.

In March, Noerr advised HelloFresh on the acquisition of its US competitor, Green Chef Corporation. HelloFresh often turns to Noerr for advice, including recent advice on its successful IPO from a team led by Christian Pleister as corporate counsel.
