Noerr advises J.C. Flowers on sale of Lunis Vermögensmanagement AG

Noerr has advised J.C. Flowers & Co. on the sale of Lunis Vermögensmanagement AG to youmex AG. Implementation of the sale is subject to a number of conditions precedent.

In this transaction J.C. Flowers relied on the support of a team led by banking M&A specialist Volker Land, co-head of Noerr’s office in Hamburg. This is the second transaction in the last twelve months in which Noerr has successfully advised the U.S. investor. In the first transaction, Noerr advised J.C. Flowers as lead counsel on the acquisition and privatisation of HSH Nordbank AG.
